Nadine (@thenaturalnadine), 37, filmed herself listing out what she uses to stay youthful in a video on TikTok.

“You’re 37 years old and age-reversed by improving collagen production with these,” she said.

She listed out celery juice, heavy metal detox smoothies, Micro-C, MSM, and L-Lysine.

“You can only build collagen from within,” she said.

“You do that by eating more antioxidants and removing toxins and pathogens.

“I’ve had no Botox or filler and realized I had age-reversed when I was healing my chronic eczema after the black mold exposure from Medical Medium information,” she added.

The Medical Medium is a media personality focusing on holistic health advice.

The video drew in many viewers who shared their two cents in the comment section, where she explained how to make her “heavy metal detox” smoothie.
