AN AGE-DEFYING 63-year-old has set out to prove that age really is just a number.
With her long blonde locks flowing, Renee Gould regularly shares photos of herself flaunting her svelte physique in figure-hugging dresses and skimpy bikinis on social media.
And with her toned abs and never-ending slender pins, it’s little wonder she’s often mistaken for being much younger than her real age.

And according to Renee, who says she feels better and stronger at 63 then she did in her 30s, her top three tips are non-negotiable.
The youthful-looking 63-year-old explains that she follows an anti-inflammatory whole food diet, which she teams with daily exercise and resistance training.


And, equally as important, she says she always ensures she gets a “quality eight hours sleep,” too.
In a second video, the blonde beauty addresses her social media followers and says: “I get asked all the time – what is your secret Renee?”

Sharing a list of other things that have helped her to rewind the ageing clock, she adds: “Vegan, never smoked, no alcohol, work out, sex, love hard, positive, active.”
The post has since racked up thousands of likes and views, with many full of praise for Renee’s body confidence and attitude to ageing.
