RHONY star and fashion blogger Sai De Silva has quickly won over fans with the drama-filled first episodes of the latest season.

Between her Los Angeles roots and ability to deny any trash talking (trust, Sai can down some cheese), she’s one of the show’s brightest stars. Literally.

Case in point? Her glowing skin. Lucky for you, the reality star shared all her beauty secrets with Women’s Health.

“I am a skincare fanatic,” Sai tells WH. And apparently, the RHONY star’s beauty routine has a bit of a glow-up in the past several years. “In my 20s, I would just use a Neutrogena makeup wipe and go to sleep,” she says.

Now, her ritual is a long, multi-step nightly routine (IYKYK). First, the star uses SK-II’s facial toner, and then the pricier Clé De Peau essential refining essence.

Next, she loves using Dior’s Capture Totale moisturizer and eye cream. “I like [products] that are a little bit thicker, because my skin tends to be on the drier side,” she says.

Sai has a robust routine for the top of her head, too. She’s found that her hair texture has changed as she’s gotten older, and relies on Oribe shampoo and conditioner, and Ceremonia’s leave-in conditioner to keep it looking its best.

However, she still keeps one product from her adolescence—Eco styling gel.

“I cannot let [Eco styling gel] go,” she says. “But you know what? It holds.”

Sai’s beauty routine doesn’t stop at what she puts on her skin and hair, either. The housewife loves to keep her body in shape through butt exercises (although she didn’t disclose exactly which ones) and bicep curls for her arms. “I love to work out this peach,” she says. “I need to have a round, firm butt.”

One thing you’ll never catch Sai doing, though? Cardio. It’s just not her thing. “Cardio feels like I’m just dying,” she says. “It’s not enjoyable whatsoever.” Fun fact: Sai did run track for 10 (!) years, so she was a cardio queen in a past life!

Finally, to fuel herself, Sai takes mealtimes seriously. In fact, she meal preps all day on Sundays. A typical meal for the star is a quinoa bowl with roasted veggies, beans, lemon, and tofu—and of course some proper garnishes. “You gotta season,” she jokes. “You need seasoning!”

And, on days when she needs a comfort food, she grabs a classic favorite: wine and pasta.
