AN anti-aging enthusiast has revealed her hack for preventing saggy jowls.

She claimed that the secret to a youthful complexion doesn’t have to break the bank with expensive skincare products.

Sid (@sidandlisten) detailed her technique for keeping jowls at bay in a video on TikTok.

“If you want to prevent jowls from forming, you have to do this next stretch,” she said.

She revealed that the stretch is so convenient that it can be done from anywhere.

“I don’t want the jowls to form, alright? And you can do this whenever. Like that’s the cool part. You can do this whenever. You can even do it at work,” she said.

She looked up at the ceiling and turned her head to the side, moving her jaw forward.

“You’re going to feel this deep stretch right here and you’re going to hold this for about 10 seconds,” she said.

Sid continued to demonstrate the stretches she uses to keep jowls at bay, claiming that results come right away.

“It is immediate. The before and after is immediate,” she said.

She said that traditional stretches are fine to do in addition to her demonstrated neck exercise.

“Keep on doing the Gua Sha. Keep on doing the facial massages and Lymphatic drainage. But focus on stretching your neck muscles.

“I feel like that’s the one part where we forget to do that. We don’t focus on stretching the neck muscles because if this is tense, it’s going to drag your face down,” she said.

She advised viewers to be sure to do the workouts daily to see the results.

“If you do this every single day, multiple times throughout the day, you can help prevent jowls,” she said.

One viewer claimed that her grandmother swears by Sid’s stretch, commenting: “My grandma does these types of face exercises every night and looks amazing at 78.”
